Yes. We work directly with virtually every major insurance carrier in Texas and can handle the claim from estimate to final invoice so you don't have to.
How long will my collision repair take?
Minor repairs typically finish in 2 to 4 business days. Larger structural or paint jobs run 1 to 2 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline after the initial estimate and update you at every milestone.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Every repair is backed by our 12-month / 12,000-mile nationwide warranty covering both parts and labor. Refinish work carries a lifetime warranty against defects.
Can I get a loaner car while mine is in the shop?
Yes. Free loaner vehicles are available on a first-come basis for qualifying repairs. Just let us know when you schedule your appointment.
Do you use OEM parts?
We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts whenever possible. If insurance mandates aftermarket, we'll tell you upfront and always source certified equivalents.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
